Weekly yoga classes for all levels

Since 2022 I have been teaching classes in our purpose-built Vishuddha Yoga Centre on Osney Island. All my classes can be joined in person or online via Zoom. You can either book a single session or a series of 5 or 10 classes on the Vishuddha website. The series can be used to attend other classes of the same category at the centre. Monday Asana all Levels 18.30-20.00

A balanced yoga practice with inversions and/or resting poses in the last half hour (equipment: mat, bricks, blocks, blanket strap, if available). This class is aimed at more experienced students who have been practicing for a few years.



Wednesday Asana Intermediate

17.00-18.30

A balanced yoga practice with inversions and/or resting poses in the last half hour (equipment: mat, bricks, blocks, blanket strap, if available). This class is aimed at more experienced students who have been practicing for a few years. This class is suitable for students with a few years Iyengar practice.

Sunday Solar and Lunar practice 9.00-10.15

This practice is a blend of more active, energising poses followed by more relaxing, inward focused restorative poses.

Friday restorative and pranayama

A blend of resting poses, breathing exercises and chanting. The Vishuddha yoga centre is well equipped for restorative sessions. (Equipment for those still joining on zoom: bolster, if you have one, strap, blankets and cushions - firmer blankets and cushions are better - also, have a chair handy for more restful forward bends or invest in a yoga chair which can be used for inversions, supported backbends and much more). This class will be on the Vishuddha schedule every a Friday evening. Iyengar and Hatha teachers are sharing the class on on a monthly rota.
